Manage or cancel Plus

Plus is billed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Frigomi. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews.

New phone? In Frigomi, go to Me › Settings › Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID.

Ask for a refund

Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too.

Delete your photos

Me › Settings › Privacy & data › Delete my photos. Your fridge list stays.

Delete your account

Me › Settings › Delete account, then type DELETE. Everything goes, right away. Can’t open the app? Email antoinevaessen@icloud.com from the address you signed in with.

Get a copy of your data

Me › Settings › Privacy & data › Export my data. You get everything we hold about you in one file.

Report a recipe

Something odd or unsafe in a recipe? Tap “Report a problem” at the bottom of the recipe. It really helps.

Scans not working?

Open the door wide, turn the lights on and snap one shelf at a time. Retakes are free, and a failed scan never counts.

On Android?

Frigomi is iPhone-only for now. Join the newsletter on the homepage and you’ll be the first to know.

Is Frigomi free?: Yes. The free plan gives you 3 fridge scans and everything you need to cook from them, and adding food by hand is always free. Frigomi Plus adds unlimited scans, unlimited ideas and Ask Frigomi, nutrition and family profiles, with a 7-day free trial on the monthly plan.
Which phones does it work on?: Frigomi is made for iPhone. Android is on its way: join the newsletter and you’ll be the first to know.
Do I need an account?: Yes, a free one, right after the taste quiz: Sign in with Apple or your email. Your fridge, recipes and scans live in it, so they follow you to a new phone, and you can delete it any time in the app.
How good is it at spotting food?: Very good with a clear, well-lit photo. It can still mix up a yogurt and a sour cream, so every item is a magnet you can tap to fix. Retakes are free, and a scan only counts once it works.
What happens to my fridge photos?: They’re sent to our AI provider to identify your ingredients, only after you agree, and never used to train AI models. They’re deleted as soon as your scan is saved.
Can I trust it with allergies?: Frigomi treats allergies as hard rules and checks every recipe, swap and answer against them. AI can still make mistakes, so always check labels, especially for severe allergies.
How do I cancel Frigomi Plus?: Plus is billed through your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before it renews.
